I paid for an Office 365 Home Premium subscription, and one key feature that sold me was the Office On Demand feature. This feature allows me to stream a full version of all the Office 365 programs to any Internet-connected Windows 7 or Windows 8.x PC—kind of like a Remote Desktop session.

About a week or so ago, the ability to launch Office On Demand has disappeared from my account despite my subscription being valid until December, 2014.

A quick Google search reveals that I am not alone.

Anyone else pay for Office 365 On Demand and not able to access it?

Note that this is NOT the Web App or Office Online version. This is the FULL streaming version of Word, Access, Excel, Publisher, OneNote, Outlook, etc. The Web Apps or Office Online versions are NOT full versions.
